One person. Your whole picture.

A vendor sees one lane. A 20 Group sees the financials. I have worked across departments, stores and groups, so I can trace one problem through sales, service, the BDC, the desk, the vendors and the pay plans.

The practice takes a small number of clients at a time, and you talk to the person doing the analysis from the first conversation to the last review. The first hour is a fit check in both directions. If you already have the answers, you do not need this, and if you want answers in that first hour, this is the wrong firm. Conclusions come from your data, not from a meeting.

The approach

Start with a conversation.

Tell me about your dealership and what is going on. If it is not a fit, you will know by the end of the hour.

Keep a first message high level. Leave out customer records, employee records, credentials, financial account details and confidential documents. An inquiry does not establish an advisory relationship.
